The terrain varies from oceanfront dunes to rugged mountains! This hunt takes place near Ghramstown. His lodge is an original Cape Dutch farmhouse that has been converted into a comfortable hunting lodge. You will eat the game that you shoot on this safari. The kudu pie is unbelievable! The outfitter’s main concession is 20,000 acres. He also has access to hundreds of thousands of additional acres which makes sure that you will have access to trophy animals. In fact, over 80% of the animals taken by his clients are qualified for entry into the SCI record book! You will see a lot of animals on this safari.

I have now hunted there 4 times. I took a great cape kudu, a caracal, bontebok, blue duiker, oribi, and many other nice trophies. This outfitter donates much of his money generated by the hunts to help improve the lives of the native peoples of South Africa. A trip to the orphanage is an unforgettable and moving experience! Each hunt that I took with this outfitter was awesome!
The experience and affordability of this South African plains game hunting safari in the Eastern Cape should not be missed. When you are done hunting, you may want to visit nearby Addo Elephant Park for a day and look for the resident lions and elephants. Port Elizabeth is also a great place to rent a car and drive South Africa’s world-famous Garden Route along its coastline to Capetown. A day or two in Capetown is unforgettable, as it has been called the world’s most beautiful city. Having been there myself, I would concur!
If you prefer not to drive on the wrong side of the road, tours can be arranged. You might just be able to get your PH to take you personally if arranged in advance!
Another day or two should be spent touring the Stellenbausch wine region. Be sure to have lunch at Jordan winery or one of the many fine restaurants in the town of Stellenbausch.

The deposit is 25% of the total value of the hunt, due at time of booking.
The balance of the package plus any charges for additional animals shot or wounded are due before departing camp.
